A new exhibition from the “Travel at Home” cycle has opened in the very center of Moscow – in the Basmanny district, in the Gorka park.

The exposition of 10 works brings together the best photographs of regional authors and participants of the VIII All-Russian Photo Festival &laquo ;Travel at home».

On the eve of the summer season, the photo exhibition presents the most interesting sights and tourist destinations in the Russian regions, opening up new opportunities for traveling around Russia.

Thus, visitors to the exhibition will see the Shoaninsky temple – a Christian cathedral belonging to the historical Alanian diocese, built at the end of the 10th century and located in the mountains near the city of Karachaevsk in Karachay-Cherkessia; admire the sunset at the Tsey-Loam pass in Ingushetia; appreciate the beauty of the Pink Lake – the largest lake on the Crimean peninsula, the water of which, thanks to the algae living in it, is colored bright pink.   

Spectators will discover the Museum of Permafrost in the city of Igarka, the main exhibit of which is permafrost with layers of crystal clear segregation ice, as well as wooden carved patterns of the Vologda region.

Ural at the exhibition represents the city of Nevyansk with its famous Demidov Leaning Tower, Kamchatka – natural park «Nalychevo», Irkutsk region – legendary Baikal.

Photo exhibition in the park “Gorka” free to visit – everyone will be able to see the beauty and sights of our vast Russia. The key idea of ​​the exhibition – show the Russians the possibilities of recreation in their native country.

How to get there: Gorka Park; is located in the Basmanny district of Moscow between Bolshoy Spasoglinishevsky and Petroverigsky lanes. You can get to it on foot (7 minutes) from the Kitai-Gorod metro station. Tagansko-Krasnopresnenskaya and Kaluzhsko-Rizhskaya lines (exit No. 9 towards Lubyansky and Solyansky passage, to Bolshoy Spasoglinishevsky lane and Zabelina street).
