After awarding a Michelin star to the gourmet restaurant Gusto by Sadler in the Baglioni resort Resort Sardinia Chef Claudio Sadler will continue work in Venice at the renovated Baglioni Hotel Luna, a stone's throw from Piazza San Marco. Together with the hotel's chef, Gennaro Balice, Sadler has developed a new menu that harmoniously combines the traditions of Italian cuisine and innovative ideas. Among Sadler's specialties – mullet gratin with sweet potatoes and Venetian broth, and pasta with fresh butter and fermented sage with squid and hazelnuts. Also in the Baglioni Hotel Luna opened Bistro Canova. The bar has been recently renovated. Now there is a large bar counter, tables with polished brass inserts and armchairs upholstered in classic fabrics. This place is perfect for an espresso or a pre-dinner aperitif. At Canova by Sadler you can celebrate Easter from 15 to 18 April. The hotel's special offer includes a bottle of prosecco in the room, Easter lunch or dinner in the restaurant for two, aperitifs in the bar and a free chocolate egg.
