The authorities of Cuba, Sri Lanka, Argentina, Venezuela and Kyrgyzstan have promised not to detain Russian aircraft.
“According to the information received from the embassies of the Russian Federation in foreign countries, the risks of detention, arrest, suspension of operation of Russian aircraft and revocation of insurance policies absent when performing flights to Venezuela, Cuba, Argentina”, – ATOR sends the text of an urgent telegram to airlines from the deputy head of the Federal Air Transport Agency Vladimir Poteshkin.
Previously, a similar message was published about Sri Lanka and Kyrgyzstan. In addition, there are no restrictions on flights by Russian air carriers to Uzbekistan yet.
Rosaviatsia asks airlines to take into account the risks that may arise when pressure is exerted by the US and the EU on Russian aircraft leased from European companies.
