Turkish Airlines (THY) decided to increase the frequency of flights to Russia's neighboring country . We are talking about Uzbekistan, from where a string of flights with tourists will start from May 9.
According to Uzbekistan Airways, 14 Turkish companies have announced an increase in traffic to 17 flights on the Istanbul-Tashkent route. The average flight time between points is 6 hours 20 minutes. Prices for a one-way ticket start at 20,000 rubles. The frequency of flights to Samarkand, Urgench and Fergana and other destinations in Uzbekistan outside of Tashkent will also be increased.
What will change?
- Flights to Istanbul – Samarkand, performed with a frequency of 3 times a week, will be increased from May 10 to four.
- Flights Istanbul – Ferghana – from two to three from the same date.
- Flights Istanbul – Yurgench, which are organized once a week, will be operated twice a week from May 16.
As reported by aviation experts, the number of flights currently organized by Turkish Airlines between Turkey and Uzbekistan will increase from 20 to 26 times a week.
