This was reported in the press service of Russian Railways. The passenger train will transit through Samara from Kaliningrad with an intermediate stop in Chelyabinsk. The route will operate from July 3 until the end of August 2023.
Departure from Kaliningrad is scheduled on Mondays at 09:27; from Chelyabinsk ─ on Thursdays at 23:00; from Samara ─ on Fridays at 17:06. Arrivals to Kaliningrad will be carried out on Sundays at 13:37. The total travel time from Samara to Kaliningrad will be 46 hours 31 minutes. A ticket in a reserved seat car will cost 5,042 rubles for residents of the Middle Volga, and 7,586 rubles in a compartment car. In total, the train will follow the new direction with intermediate stops through six cities: Ufa, Samara, Penza, Tula, Smolensk and Minsk. Also from Samara it is now possible to fly to Tobolsk, Bukhara and Fergana. This year, such flights appeared in the schedule of Samara airport “Kurumoch”.
