Aeroflot and S7 airlines have increased the amount of the fine for cases of exchange and return of tickets for flights within Russia.
According to RIA Novosti, since April 12, Aeroflot has increased the fine by 200 rubles and amounted to 2800 rubles. The last increase was in 2019. Then the payment increased from 2300 to 2600 rubles.
At S7, the fine increased by 250 rubles. From April 10, an S7 passenger who wishes to exchange a ticket will have to pay 3,250 for the Economy Basic fare (the fee has increased by 250 rubles) and 1,750 for the Economy Standard and Business Standard fares (the fee has increased by 750 rubles). Now you need to pay 2,750 rubles for a ticket refund. This is 250 rubles more than before.
